The summer months are the time when most of us go on holiday. We have more free time, which is worth using effectively with family or friends.

What can you do on hot days?

Here are some suggestions. On hot days we seek refreshment not only at home, but also in various other places. The most important thing is to take shelter from the negative effects of the sun's rays, high temperatures and to cool down and hydrate the body.

Cocktails and other cold fruit desserts are a good and delicious way to cool down, especially as all sorts of fruit are readily available in summer. Making sweets together can be great fun. Also effective are baths, showers in cool water, soaking the feet in cold but not icy water with the right oils. You should also consider installing blinds or curtains on your windows. An excellent way to cool down is to use fans to effectively cool down the interior of our home.

On warm days, leisure time can also be spent actively in nature, which brings many benefits. Cool off in swimming pools or other bathing areas. However, remember to avoid direct sunlight on your body. It is worth getting an umbrella or a tent. This is a very beneficial way of spending your free time, as it involves relaxation and physical activity, thus improving your physical condition, e.g. by swimming.
