Ways to enjoy the hot weather

We look forward to warm days. Sunny weather releases more energy in us and we feel better.

Another form of physical activity is cycling, which can be combined with a picnic, e.g. in the forest, where you can take refuge in the shade of trees. Hiking or walking is worthwhile. Here, too, you can relax and unwind, as it is well known that the use of nature influences our well-being.

An active form of leisure is generally recommended. However, this requires proper preparation. Comfortable, airy clothing, a supply of water and, most importantly, creams with UV filters to protect the skin from the negative effects of the sun's rays. Young children and the elderly are particularly sensitive to the heat. In these cases, it is advisable to stay indoors.
