In this text, the author attempts to answer the question of what the anti-psychiatry of the 1960s is by juxtaposing the figures of Thomas Szasz and Franco Basaglia. Although both authors radically oppose the psychiatric model of the time, they come from different assumptions and opposite positions, focusing on different areas of criticism. The author treats antipsychiatry not as a unified system of views, but as a critique of the common psychiatric model.
