on 1 April, four weeks passed since the first case of coronavirus in Poland. Almost from the very beginning of the development of the epidemic, further restrictions of various civic activities have been in place. Schools, shopping malls and, more recently, other service outlets have been closed. In general, restrictions are being tightened so that as many people as possible stay at home - the #stayathome appeal is the main recommendation for the duration of the epidemic. No social contact means no opportunity to spread the virus and a faster reduction in the epidemic. Why, despite this, do we find it difficult to come to terms with the home quarantine?
