Childbirth is an extremely emotional event in the life of the whole family. The right mental attitude is one side of the coin. It is important for every woman to ensure that she feels comfortable during these difficult moments. It is a good idea to prepare your hospital bag in advance so that you don't cause yourself unnecessary stress when you are lying in the hospital and have to ask people close to you to find the things you need.
When to pack your bag?
There is no clear answer here. Many expectant mothers already pack a hospital bag around the 30th week of pregnancy - in the event of complications or an unexpected visit to the hospital, it is a good idea to be prepared and to have the necessary items that you will need away from home. So what should you include in your hospital bag? Before you start assembling your bag, find out what is provided by the hospital where you are going to give birth . Often there is information on the hospital's website about what to bring.
