The training will take place within the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) system, the first open course for an unlimited number of participants. The MOOC is a free, innovative interactive training series that can be accessed by anyone with internet access. To register, you do not need to be a member of the European Psychiatric Association (EPA). The workshop is designed for clinicians, professionals and students who have an interest in mental health and wish to deepen their knowledge of CBT (Cognitive-Behavorial Therapy).

Anyone wishing to take part in the course will be provided with relevant materials, including: educational video lectures, teaching aids containing demonstration scenes or a number of recommended publications to help broaden their competencies and gain new qualifications.

Divided into 4 chapters (corresponding to the duration of the course), the workshops will contain between 4 and 8 lessons. The duration of the lessons is set by the organisers, including Dr Stirling Moorey - acting as the main didactician - at 2-3 hours per week. However, the trainee is free to plan their learning in whatever way they prefer to be most convenient. At the end of each week, the trainees will have to answer a number of questions in the form of a quiz at the end of the relevant topic block. During the training, they will be able to benefit from the exchange of ideas among themselves in a specially created discussion forum, and will also be given the opportunity to read some exclusive publications from the journal European Psychiatry.

Those who join the event and successfully complete the course will receive a certificate indicating their participation in the training. This will be delivered by email to a private electronic mailbox.
