Pulmonary hypertension, is classified as a very serious, rare disease. In many cases, the disease is under- or misdiagnosed. Symptoms characteristic of pulmonary hypertension include constant fatigue, breathing problems (exacerbated by exertion), chest pain and stabbing, coughing or hoarseness.
