The role of vitamin D in the human body is invaluable. It influences the condition of our bones, joints and muscles, improves the functioning of our immune system, the condition of our skin, reduces stress and also the risk of various diseases. People with a normal level of vitamin D do not suffer from depression or osteoporosis, suffer less frequently from hormonal problems and have a lower incidence of cancer. Unfortunately, a very large percentage of the population (around 95%) is deficient in this vitamin. It is worth including it in our daily diet.
