Stress accompanies us every day regardless of our age, outlook, gender, interests or job. There are times when we are unable to control it. Characteristic symptoms of stress include sweaty palms, a feeling of cold, hot flashes, goosebumps, sweating, palpitations, itchy skin and rapid breathing.
Symptoms and course stress
Living under chronic stress triggers a variety of food intolerances, heart problems, immune system problems, allergies and autoimmune diseases.
Severe stress does not only have to be related to work and school activities, but also to the loss of a loved one, a job, divorce, loneliness or anxiety about children and the family.
Stress is an indispensable part of our existence. Every stressful situation increases the functioning of various systems in our organism. Short-term stress does not pose much of a threat; the situation is different with chronic stress.
It leads to disorders in the proper functioning of the immune system (weakens its functioning), heart disease, hypertension, atherosclerosis, hormonal disorders, abnormal functioning of neurotransmitters in the brain, increased blood glucose levels, reduced absorption of vitamins (vitamins A, K, D, Mg) and minerals (minerals potassium, sodium, phosphorus, calcium) from the intestines.
Each of these changes significantly weakens our organism, making it highly susceptible to various diseases. Common ones are:
- Various types of pain (headaches, joint pain, muscle pain)
- Skin problems (itching, red lesions on the skin, rashes)
- Heart problems (heart disorders, palpitations, palpitations)
- Hormonal disorders
- Digestive and excretory problems
- Problems with memory, concentration and recall
- Nervous tics
- Excessive sweating and many others
