Sunscreen cream

During the summer, many of us want our skin to be tanned. To get a beautiful and, above all, healthy tan, we need to tan gradually. Then we will get an even skin tone.

What about irritation?

People with sun urticaria or lupus erythematosus should always apply high protection creams before going out in the sun. Women taking contraceptives should additionally avoid sunbathing.

On the other hand, if, after sunbathing, your skin is red and you feel itching and tightness, you should use after-sun creams. Thanks to D-panthenol and glycerine, they have a cooling, regenerating and moisturising effect. They bring relief after sunbathing. Also available are tan-fixing preparations containing gold particles, which brighten the skin beautifully.

Effects of a healthy tan

It is important to remember that too much exposure to the sun can make you feel unwell. This is characterised by a faster heart rate, nausea, headache or chills. Therefore, let's sunbathe sensibly.

But there are also good things about sunbathing. It can improve your mood, strengthen your immune system and cure mild depression. If we tan gradually and use appropriate protection, we'll achieve the desired effect, a beautiful and long-lasting tan.
